The Challenge
To build a system that enables destructive testing of brake fluid containers in closed environment and qualify the quality of ultrasonic welding on the container. The constant pressure test validates the product to withstand the standards for set time and burst pressure test identifies the maximum pressure the container can withstand given the change of pressure with time.
The Solution
Integrating an NI System (USB DAQ) with Industrial computer instantaneously detect events based on signal feedback from sensors to evaluate the correctness of the build and quality of ultrasonic welding.
The System
The Industrial computer is used as Human Machine interface with touch based interface. The test is carried out in closed chamber with view through arrangement and draining sink. Emergency stop and tower light are standards for any of the testing machines we develop.
