Acoustic Test Bench - 1712

The Challenge

Create equipment for window regulator motor noise test bench with control cabinet. The control cabinet should enable the test creation of test procedure and run the tests. The mechanical build and control elements should be isolated in noise cancellation chamber. The test bench is placed inside an acoustic chamber for noise and vibration analysis.

The Solution

Integrating NI based PCI-express card into rack mountable industrial PC and custom build control cabinet controls test procedures on window regulator motor which is placed outside of acoustic chamber. To evaluate noise and vibration analysis on motor the control cabinet enables to run test from human machine interface. The test data is logged into the computer for through checking of various parameters of the motor.
