The Challenge
Create new equipment based on existing 2 WR (window regulator motor) durability test bench with updation of testing for 4 WR simultaneously in single control cabinet. All 4 motors should run on individual dedicated power supplies. The software should be developed for the machine operation and maintenance on LabVIEW.
The Solution
Integrating NI based PCI-express card into rack mountable industrial PC and custom build control cabinet controls test procedures on window regulator motor and climatic chamber. To evaluate motor durability the control panel enables to run endurance test for long intervals without human intervention. The test data is logged into the computer for through checking of various parameters in the motor.
